What is the refund policy?
We accept returns for faulty items and offer limited change-of-mind returns. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $55 AUD. The threshold will be displayed at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
